As the state’s largest domestic title insurance company, AETIC provides its agents and clients with underwriting support at a local level by knowledgeable professionals who are familiar with title issues affecting Oklahoma properties. Buffalo Land Abstract Company (BLA) operates a full-service statewide escrow and closing operation in Tulsa, Oklahoma and an abstract plant in Tishomingo (Johnston County). Additionally, BLA conducts stand-up title searches in all 77 Oklahoma counties, giving our customers a one-stop shop for all their real estate needs in Oklahoma.

Logan County Abstract Company (LCA) provides abstracting services for Logan County. LCA also provides statewide residential and commercial escrow and closing services. LCA is located in Guthrie, Oklahoma.

Buffalo Land Title, LLC (BLT) is a minority owned national title agent, underwritten by Old Republic Title Insurance Company and the Fidelity National Title family of underwriters. Buffalo Land Abstract Company is the manager of BLT, whose purpose is to complement and support our Oklahoma based clients and lenders and to offer services to our out-of-state vendors.
BLT is currently licensed in Colorado, Missouri, Kansas, Michigan, Ohio and Florida where we provide insured products, title searches, and escrow closings. BLT has the network to offer title searches nationally through our provider network comprised of national underwriters, other abstract and title companies and individual licensed and bonded researchers.
