This course is designed to explain the intricacies of a § 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. The material details the history of tax deferred exchanges, reviews important terminology and exchange procedures, and provides reasons for tax deferred exchanges. This course is a 1.0 hour course.

Commercial Real Estate Transactions Review

This course is designed to educate participants about commonly used commercial endorsements, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, and 1031 tax deferred exchange basics. This course is a 3.0 hour course.

Overview of Surveys and Legal Descriptions

This in-depth course is designed to teach participants about original surveys, legal descriptions according to the rectangular survey system, platting or subdividing land into lots, blocks, etc., and surveys. This course is a 3.0 hour course.

RESPA (Reg. X): The New Rules Explained

This in-depth course educates participants about the changes to RESPA incorporated in HUD’s Final Rule. Participants will be guided through a line-by-line item review of the new GFE and HUD-1 settlement statements. This is a 3.0 hour course.
