Union-Creek Abstract Company
Union Creek Abstract Company (UCA) is a licensed and bonded abstractor specializing in the abstracting and title needs of Creek County, Oklahoma. Historically, Creek County contained lands that were allotted to the Muscogee (Creek) Nation through patent by the federal government in the late 1800s and early 1900s. The Muscogee (Creek) Nation then allotted lands to the individual tribal members in the form of allotment deeds, signed by the tribal chief, approved by the Secretary of the Interior, and recorded in the office of the Dawes Commission.
Today, the historical significance of the tribal lands located in Creek County is essential to determining marketable title. UCA maintains a set of records that are among the most complete tract books in Oklahoma.
